The owner of this four-year-old shed ($3000 original cost) is now looking for an offer to move it off his property to make room for a shop he is building.

Looks like a very nice coop for someone out there who's good at bargaining!

I would search to see how much that size new shed costs and offer him what you think it's worth. The worse case senario would be him saying no. You got nothing to loose.
