Hey I am looking for one maybe two baby chicks that on Easter my kids can wake up to. just normal baby chickens is perfect i am willing to pay for them and am hoping to be able to give them back within a few days just let me know how much to take them and how much to give them back! You mean there are actually nuts, I mean people that will buy chicks and then pay for you to take them back?
I need to find some of those type of customers here.

Chicks shouldn't be toys anyway. I learned this when I had my first D'uccle hatch and my 4 yo nephew
came trotting outside with two dead chicks to show me. He didn't even realize he had killed them.

i dont see the big deal..she is at least wanting to bring them back and really, at the end of the day..they are "just chicks". i think posting her craigslist ad on here and then having people heckle her over it is kind of crappy, way more crappy than her wanting to borrow some babies for a few days.

Some of us dont feel they are "just chicks" though... most of us were concerned about the kids. I dont see posting something to do with chickens on a chicken forum is a problem??? Its in the right spot to be discussed. I think that if you post something silly like that anyone has the right to talk about it... we talk about news, debates, etc on here. Just saying.. IMHO

no i mean..i can understand the concern, but to go looking for ads to upset people and get them to harass these people seems kind of counter productive and if i were someone with an ad, and i had some interest in chickens, i would be so put off by the people harassing me that i would automatically dislike the site they were associated with.
