They woke up in the morning with a stretch, except for Shimmerkit, who they had to wake up. They figured she was tired from what happened yesterday.

”You’ll be careful swimming, right?” Clearpool asked nervously to her kits “And you’ll pay attention?”

“Yes mom..” Stonekit said

”I’m just making sure.. Peonypaw didn’t want you going in there last time, it makes me worried what she saw..“

“Mom, we’ll be fine!” Dawnkit meowed

“Alright.” Clearpool gave her kits a brisk lick before they padded out of the den. It wasn’t quite time to learn how to swim, so they basked in the morning sun for a little bit.

Yes, in an earlier thread we said he would. For the kits, what if one of the females likes a kit and one likes a newly made warrior? Ik it will be age differences but they are cats, right? The female kit could be in love with the older cat be he thinks she is too naive? Kind of like Berrynose, so that they don’t have the same love stories and issues.

How about we do this when they become apprentices and let them have crushes on newly made warriors?

I think that would be good. Maybe a tad bit of time after their apprentice ceremony? I just feel like a kit in love with a warrior would be creepy to write out personally.

Yes I like that, kind of what I meant since we were doing the apprentice ceremony soon. I just don’t want them to all have a similar love story. I think it will be fine, honestly, because Sorreltail was a kit while Brackenfur was a warrior, and they were mates. Same with Blossomfur and Thornclaw. What if, no offense to Shimmerkit, but she is the only one who doesn’t end up with her first crush? Like Bristlefrost, you know? I know Dawnkit likes the older cat but I think if she has a successful love story, it will be better because she doesn’t have powers. Just throwing some ideas out there didn’t mean to be creepy. Not a remake of Snow White! Lol

Will continue later! Should we go ahead and skip to when they have their apprentice ceremony after they learn to swim? Also, is there any other apprentices or kits in Riverclan? I just thought we could create a little romance drama with the kits like with Bristlefrost and Stemleaf later!

After they learn how to swim, sure! Swimming is a big thing in Riverclan though.
I was thinking the same thing! Ummm idk but Stonekit and Peonypaw? Like I feel like they would be really good together and I could easily find a problem they have to get through to be together. As in, if they are so important they can’t do anything other than protect the clan, and they feel like it would be disloyal? Maybe. As for the other kits… I will make newborn kits that Shimmerkit can’t help herself from loving one… but he doesn’t love her back-yet. Yes or no guys?
