Clean the yolk sack?

One of my chicks hatched with the yolk sack attached. Should I clean the area? And if so with what?

You may want to post a picture. Yolk sack should be inside the chicks. Are you sure you are seeing a yellow yolk sac and not a greenish "poop sac" that results post hatching? Often chicks without adsorbed yolk sacs don't make it.
