Clear jelly like stuff in poop

Got two new chicks yesterday from the same dealer i used for the first four. One has been making what looks like caecal poops but they also have clear, jelly like suff in it. Any ideas as to what it may be and if i need to do anything for that chick?

The chick is two weeks old but is closer in size to a 3-4 day old chick (i was told its because it was kept in small brooders to slow growth) we just got it yesterday, uneventful car ride home. I have the chicks on medicated starter and they are seperate from the bigger chicks i have. No vitamins or electrolytes in water yet. They ae on paper towels and have a heat lamp.

Thanks, I had already checked that site. Main part of poop looks like caecal but theres nothing on that site that looks like the clear jelly part of the poop.

No ones heard of or seen this before?
