Clear watery feces

I have been giving my hens scraps/leftovers from Thanksgiving and the last couple of days I’ve noticed what looks like clear water in their feces, no blood noted and I’m not sure if it’s all of them or just 1-2. No other symptoms such as respiratory issues. Could the change in feces be from diet changes?

It could well be. Chickens really do best on a balanced chicken feed. Scraps can contain a lot of fat and carbs, or things they don’t need. Salt may make them drink more water which can cause watery stools. Try feeding a little buttermilk with boiled rice today to see if it helps to clear up the watery stools. Stop any other foods except for chicken feed and grass if they are outdoors.
