Closing her eyes and taking frequent naps

One of my chickens keeps wondering around with either one or both eyes closed. She will suddenly stop and take a nap frequently. Other than that she seems fine. Is there something wrong with her? I have noticed this going on for the past 3 days (I have only had the chickens for just over a week. She is 20 weeks only.

Pick her up and visually inspect her for lice and mites. Lice can be seen crawling in and around feathers, the eggs can be seen clumped around the vent area. Mites look like black or red pepper and rarily move at all. Again, check the base of the tail feathers and vent areas for mites, they tend to like warm moist areas.
I also suspect there's a possibility that she may be eggbound. Try soaking her in a container of warm water up to her sides and gently massage her underside, front to rear for about 20 minutes. This might help move the stuck egg along, then hopefully she'll lay the egg.
What does her poop look like, color and consistancy?

She has laid an egg now so she is not egg bound and she is clean - no mites. I think she just like closing her eyes a lot and having naps. She seems otherwise very healthy, eating and drinking well, scratching around and doing normal chicken things when not having these naps.
