Ok, so I'm just going to start a hatching thread of my own!

I fairly recently bought a used Dickey cabinet bator off CL, along with a Dickey hatcher, which doesn't work, so I'm hatching in 1, sometimes 2, 1588s.

Right now, due to hatch later today, I have 38 eggs in lockdown, they are:

5/5 black bantam cochins from Scott (wasn't sure they were going to get this far, the usps was really hard on the box, and 1 of the eggs was broken - though Scott did an awesome packing job!)

11/14 b/b/s & mottled bantam cochins from shelleyb1969 (for my 4Hers)

6/8 bantam salmon and blue salmon faverolles from hcammack (for ME! - a breeding project I'm not talking about yet, though some of you might know a little sumthin')!

12/15 standard black cochins from ebay (for a friend)

4/8 speckled sussex from ebay (for a 4Her)

In the incubator, there are still 24 mille fleur d'Uccles from shay20 and wwmicasa1, 12 b/b/s bantam Ameraucanas from Little Ameraucana Mom, and 12 standard Faverolles from pasofinofarm. I'll have to add due dates for these later, as I am at work (working hard, too!) and my hatching calendar is at home, but I know the d'Uccles are due soon, I think day 18 might be tomorrow.

Arriving this week is yet another dozen b/b/s bantam Ameraucanas from LAM, and a dozen Welsummers plus a few BLRWs from JamesA.

I've recently hatched black and blue bantam Ameraucanas, Salmon/Blue Salmon/White standard Faverolles, BLRWs, and 1 lone Welsummer....

Hurray! You deserve your own hatching thread Cloverleaf. I mean, the rest of us will never tire of you posting photos of little baby chickens.

Thanks for the encouragement!! Were you able to rehome the chickletts??

I was, thank you. They went together to a farm close to here. It was tough saying goodbye but I know they are happier now.

Spore...

I know you'll get to hatch some that you'll get to keep someday!!

I just got home from work, I have 1 pip in scott's eggs, 4 in shelleyb's and 1 in henry's...

Just got up, and I have 3 bantam cochins from shelleyb's eggs, and the 1 that was pipped from henry's eggs is too funny, it's sitting in the shell, with the top on like a hat! Too cute! Got lots of pipping and zipping going on in there, but I'm off to the beach for the day...I'll update later!!

You are as busy as I am. I have a 3 tray sportsman, I can get 72 eggs on a tray. They are all full:hide So far they are all my own eggs, but I just got some showgirl eggs from shay20, so waiting for them to get here, My daughter decided she wanted showgirls and since they dont' require a pen of their own I agreed. You have so many different breeds, sometimes I wish I had more room, I still see breeds I'd like to have. I already have two mini barns with 4 separate pens apiece in them, two mini barns that are open , and 5 chicken tractors, I NEED more. Good luck with all your hatches.
