They're productive pets when they mature.

A theme can help with naming large groups:

mickey, Minnie, daisy, goofy, Donald....
Or
Skittles, starburst, snickers...
Or
Ursa, canis, Rigel, Betelgeuse....

Our original idea was Itsy, Bitsy, Teenie, Weenie, Yellow, Polka, Dott, Beekini and Tim but realised we were one short

We will come up with something

most of my chickens are “livestock” but i would be more devastated to lose a chicken than one of my cats.

but I do appreciate how my cats take care of my chickens. the cats guard the massive chicken run like it’s their job.
