LOL Yeah, that's pretty true. It never fails over here, I always have SOME sort of issue. My humidity was running 50%, I had water in the bottom tray AND an additional bowl of water near the eggs, yet they started to dry in the membranes as soon as they pipped. I had to rescue all but 2. I now have 7 healthy active keets running around my brooder. I think I lost the last good egg in there. Still no pip and no movement...
All 7 look like the 4 pictured. What color do you think they'll be? I'm going to hunt it down, but feel free to post an answer.
ETA-- Guineafowl.com says browns are pretty rare, so I'm guessing these are Pearl Gray guineas. They came from wildernessdweller in Maine. I've got to say, great fertility and the post wasn't too harsh on them, 7 out of 8 good eggs hatched.
