In the Brooder

I got these quail from another breeder and it appeared they had arrived with cocci?
Despite keeping them completely separate from my birds and washing my hands before going into cages, I think they caught it too.
I got a hold of some Amrprolium and mixed it accurately in their water. Mixed a new batch every day. I did two waves of the amprol(7 days on, 7 days off then 5 days on). I clean the cages religiously with bleach, a stiff comb and sprinkle diatomaceous earth where their poop falls(they're in wire floor cages).
The birds seem alert and healthy but the red poop has definitely improved but it's still here.
Is there something else I can do?? Or should I just cull them all? Because I have other young birds that are going to be too big for their brooder soon and there isn't really another cage I can put them in.
I'm so sad!!
