Coccidiosis in flock, treated and doing better, but no eggs?

We recently had a case of coccidiosis tear through our flock of ten. Being first timers we lost three before we got it under control. The remaining seven girls are healthy and back to themselves, but we have no eggs. I don't expect them to produce like machines, but will they ever start laying again? It's been a week since we lost the three, and about 3 days of then being back to normal. Just want to make sure I'm doing everything right. Thanks!

I think with any illness, you are going to have to wait at least a couple of weeks after recovery to see normal laying again.

Great, thank you! I just wanted to make sure I wasnt missing something. I have no problem waiting, I just want to make sure I was going about everything correctly and didnt have anything to worry about. I can put my wife at ease now.
