Coccidiosis or ??

Yes, it is best to check with your vet in case they need a sulf antibiotic. You can get some online without a prescription, but they probably would not arrive in time. They may not need sulfa at all, but I just wanted to mention the possibility. Corid usually does a good job, but coccidiosis can cause damage to the intestines. Sulfadimethoxine is one sulfa drug that is sometimes used, and usually is prescription only, but can be found here for pigeons:

Do you think the Corid just hasn't worked yet? It has been less than 24 hours since beginning treatment. I'm going to collect poo in the morning and hope my local farm vet lets me bring that by. I just wish there was something else I could try today.

If it's been less than 24hrs see how they are in the morning. I misunderstood, I thought they had been on the Corid for several days.
I apologize, Wyorp. It had not been less than 24 hours; I had meant to say 48. I first gave Corid Friday night around 7, so some of them might not gave gotten much of it before Saturday. When I was observing them again tonight, the Sebright and the Ameraucana looked like they might be doing a little bit better, more active and interested in food. They each had their second drench late this morning. They were back to running from me when free range time was over, and I witnessed both eating and drinking. The sebright's crop is smaller, but still feels water balloonish. I wasn't able to single out any particular chick's droppings. I did see a little bit of blood in some poo, but none were as bloody as this morning. I believe things are beginning to turn around. I have Corid in the mash, in the water, and in the dripping syringe, so they are all getting it.
@Wyorp Rock @Eggcessive I want to thank you both for your kindness and attentiveness to my concerns and those if the whole forum really. You are so knowledgeable regarding our chicken friends. Have you learned from experience, or is this what you do professionally?

How are they this morning?
Was the Sebright's crop empty this morning?

Well, that's good! I'm very Sorry this is happening :hugs Unfortunately, I think you'll have to do the fecal testing to get both a clear idea of what's happening and the Rx to deal with it :(

Good luck with wisdom teeth removal today!
Thanks for the well wishes! He's definitely not looking forward to this.

I am dropping poi off at the vet's afterward.
