Cochin Bantams and Frizzle Cochin Bantams!!

I am so excited!

I just completed the purchase of two show quality bantam Cochin pullets. One, a splash will be for the black frazzle cockerel. The other a mottled will be just for me! I'm hoping to complete the sale for a blue show quallity pullet from another respected breeder. I feel very lucky to be getting these birds. They should arrive on Thursday or Friday.

It feels like Christmas today!

My girls arrived this morning, thank you Jamie Matts!

I love the mottled girl's attitude. She stepped out of the shipping box, and stood up tall on her feet looking around quite interested in her new world. The splash, on the other hand, was a little more traumatized.

The pictures were taken from above, so they aren't very good. The splash didn't stand up on her feet and she is very heavily feathered, so her pictures don't look very good. They were hatched in June.
