Cochin Bantams and Frizzle Cochin Bantams!!

I put my chicks and DS's chicks (13 @ 3 wks + 3 @ 4 wks = 16 total) with my BCF hen. I've got her cooped waiting for her to put her eggs where I want them!!!
I hope she starts mothering them; I think that would make flock integration easier for the pullets I'm keeping.

TSC had Cochin chicks this morning, so I got some!!! Here are my little fuzz butts:


These are them; it's hard to see the dark colors on their backs.

This is a bit better of a picture. The paper with them said Partridge and Barred; does anyone know which one these are?

Here's a picture to show their size. This one is standing a little in front of a 6 oz yogurt container. The yogurt cup is about 2" high, and the chicks are about 2.5". I'm not sure they're all of one day old, but I think they're banties. Can anyone else tell?
This is a picture of Snoodle's first egg (the first egg I've gotten from her, anyway). She's been cooped since Monday, she laid this yesterday (Friday), and I'll have to wait until she lays another egg to know whether I probably have or have not missed any others.

Yay thats great tea chick they are so cute! Cant wait for more chicks this spring. I love snoodle she is just adorable. I havent been onto byc for months but wasreading through the thread the other day and was sure she was a hen. Was going to reply but then I saw this post so snoodle has beat me too it with her egg!

Here are better pics of the Cochin chicks I got today.
I think they must have been hatched yesterday, but you all tell me what you think.
I'm wondering about coloring and gender. They were labeled Partridge and Barred.

This is the first one I picked up. We can just call them #1, #2, #3, and #4.

I took them out from under the heat lamp (which I had to turn off anyway, as you can see in the background of some of the pictures), so the color showed up better.
I'm sorry some of the pictures aren't that great. I couldn't hold the chicks in position and hold my phone at the same time, so I had to use my DD as cameraman.

So, I know they're not great pictures, but anything you can tell me from them would be helpful! Thanks!!! =)

thats him his feathers are beautiful but hes got a funny comb and his wing carriage is rubbish! Hes very sweet though and I want some frizzley babies so he can stay!

Hi Newbie here. Just a quick question. At what age can you tell if a chick is going to be frizzled???
I have some babies that are just starting to show wings and the are sort of turned up and out
Might be "angel wings" but I doubt that since there are 3 of them....it's not that common.
I have no idea the parents.
I have raised a lot of chicks but this is not normal..to me. Course I usually have Silkies.....
Any help will be greatly appreciated. I'll try and get a pic
