You can try to trim up the beak to make it a close to normal as possible. Just don't trim to close. You can uses toenail clipper or a Dremel tool. You'll probably have to do it often.
I'm sure this has been asked before (I searched but couldn't find anything), how soon can you tell if your chick is a frizzle? I just purchased some chicks yesterday and didn't have a clue that they might not be frizzled until I saw a post about it!! My chicks have feather buds on their wings but I wondered if there was usually a set time when you can tell?
