If that hanging piece of wattle seems to bee dying then remove it so long as it is barely attached. If there is enough of an attachment, perhaps you can save it by thoroughly cleaning the wound at the contact points til it rebleeds connect with butterfly strips apply Neo and BluKote. I say put the butterfly bandages first as it will adhere to the skin. Once you put ointment the bandages won't stick.
This is definitely a situation where separation is best til he recovers. If the Turken is hell bent on killing the banty then you might need to rehome one roo. If your banty isn't an obscene roo-er, I would love to take him. I have a black and a golden laced cochin banty hen that would love to make little cochin babies. Right now, I have a 1 pound EE roo and he totally stinks at his job of protector. He's a lover not a fighter.
