Cochin breeding, genetics, and showing

I've been lurking for quite awhile. I love the cochins but those pigeons are amazing. Never knew that they(pigeons) were so exotic. Beautiful Dixdox.

Most just refer to them as foot feathers. Could you get any pics of your cochins?

The muffs are the foot feathers on pigeons.
There's at least if not more types of pigeons as there are chickens. Most people only know about the barn type and homers.
I will post pics as soon as I figure out how.
In the mean time if y'all are on facebook there are lots of dog pics (I raise and show longhair dachshunds) and pics of some of the flock. (Dixie Paddick Dever, write in chickens so will know)

Do birchen's come in standards? I've only seen them in bantams

I believe Bo Garrett is starting a large fowl birchen project.

Not much response on going to the Cochin International eastern and western national shows. Will I see any of you at the Denver show Oct 8?

I have more than a few like that also.
