Cochin Frizzle? What Color Silkie? Male/Female?

Here's another picture of that silkie with his/her sibling... against a WHITE background

He's really a weird color... sort of tan, sort of gray... and then sometimes looks almost white! I can't figure him out! He's a "chick of a different color" like in Wizard of Oz!

(Please excuse the nasty feet... I had just brought them home and they had "the runs"
