Cochin leg problem...progressively worse

A gimp is when a chickens leg is sort of like a twisted leg, but instead of twisting it starts bending at the joint until they are walking with their knee instead of their foot. Then there toes start to curl and their foot is facing out.

It looks sort of like this:

Well....technically, a bird with a leg like that would be "gimpy" Especially in their movements.

Lol okay. We had a chicken like it and a turkey that had a leg like that. The chicken ended up doing great, but had a habit of sleeping under the cars... self-explanitory

The turkey got to heavy to walk anymore and ended up dying. It was not a meat turkey either.
