Cochin or brahma?

Got this pullet back in March and was told she was a cochin. I recently added a light brahma chick to my flock and have noticed they look very similar. Thoughts?

That looks like a Buff Brahma. One way to tell the difference between the two is to look at their combs. Brahmas have a pea comb, Cochins have a standard comb.

A Cochin should have a straight comb while a Brahma should have a pea comb.

That looks like a Brahma to me. Cochin are mostly solid colors and I agree that looks like a Brahma...

I like Cochin better.

Her comb is still small so it's hard for me to tell. I have a barred cochin already ☺
