Cochin or d'uccle bantam chicks?

Here they are at a few days old. 93596929_3432927953388945_5937035436173033472_o.jpg

D'uccle. Porcelain and Mille Fleur.

I have 2. One male (mille). One female (porcelain). They are the most affectionate of my bantams. The roo lets us pet him and seeks us out.

Shown below at 4 weeks.View attachment 2148207View attachment 2148208
Yea the profile is really like mine... Can you post a pic of both of their combs? I'm so in love with my minnie.. I think she is female.. the other two are younger, but have sharper/taller points on their combs.

I could tell the mille was a male by 3 weeks. His comb was rounded and pink. I also found that the male filled out faster in the tail than the female. He was also a bit bigger..legs bigger..and leg feathers larger and more filled out.
These were taken this week (week 5)

Ok, then I feel Minnie is a female.. the others are right at 2-2.5 weeks.. looks like your mille flour tho.. those two are my white and (I think) mille fleur, but i have a hunch both might be male. Do you think they'd already be jump attacking other chicks at 2 weeks if they are male?

My males were all chest-bumping each other at 2 weeks. My mille doesn't instigate much but he will respond when the others do it to him.

They aren't really fighting for the sake of fighting, its more like FOMO... one gets a piece of veggie, the other needs to run/fly and get it, one gets on the ramp, the other wants to be on the ramp.. in that exact spot. So they fight over the one whatever item has everyone's focus! Never mind 20 chicks could fit on that ramp, and there is a whole bowl of veggies!! I can't even watch 😂 I have to leave the room. Between the behavior and that the combs aren't as smooth as Minnie's, I think at least one, if not both, must be boys.

The silkies sort of hang out with each other more than the others, although they both cover up the tiniest D'Uccle when it is sleep time. They try to fly when the others fly.. it just doesn't work out so well :) In fact, getting pellets for the cage bottom today, all the flying has shaved pine chips going everywhere.

All of mine do that...if one finds something 'new' they all must have it..the one with it runs and the others chase regardless of sex.

When they are actually challenging they will stand very tall, necks stretched up, chests out..they will bump into each other like this. They may peck or push the other's neck down. Sometimes mine jump/flog at each other.
