Cochin - Pullet or Cockerel

Im on the fence about whether this is a pullet or cockerel (on the left)... the comb seems too developed to be a pullet, the one on the right is an obvious cockerel, and theres quite a difference in their development... they're about 7-8 weeks old... so, pullet or cockerel?

This is a pick of one of my girls at 7 weeks. She had me worried but is indeed a pullet.....but these guys are tricky sometimes. When I hatch chicks from my flock the pullets always feather in much more quickly. I say pullet!

I'm leaning towards pullet, but time will tell I guess.
