Cochin pullet or roo?

I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me if one of my new chickens is a pullet or a roo? I have 8 cochin chickens, which are about 7 weeks old now. I ordered all females, and I am sure of all but one. We are calling her Bea (short for Queen Bee) and she is the white and black splash one. Early on she started showing characteristics of a roo, by standing with her head tall and always being between us and the rest of the chicks. Her comb and wattles aren't too red yet, but they are more pronounced than all of the other chickens. She even goes right up to the neighbors cat when the others run away (picture). These are our first chickens, and I was hoping for all females. Any ideas?
