Cochin Roo or Hen?

These spalsh Cochins are about 12 weeks old. Combs are starting to turn red. One is a little bigger than the other and has a little larger comb. I think he's a he, the other I was hoping was a she, but now, I'm just not sure. Both are really friendly birds.
