Hi, I'll try to help. Need more details. How old is he? Is he eating and drinking? What do his droppings look like? What were the other roo's signs before he died? Are they similar to this roos?

I would Isolate this roo. Keep him warm and dry, and offer him some yogurt and smashed egg whites in little amounts. Is his crop hard or squissy?

Could be alot of things. I had 2 die of what I think was Mareks disease a few years back, with simliar symptoms. Doesn't sound like impacted crop. Where did you get him. What are you feeding him? As much info as possible would help.

Try Dr. Peter Brown. www.featherfanciers.com
he is the "chickendoctor"

i have had him for i would say 5 months and i got him shipped along with he's hen.i feed him corn crummbles

Sounds like you need some better quality feed. Malnurishment also shows thease symptoms. Corn is not enough for them to live on. Get some game grower and put all of your chickens on that. I fell even my hens lay better on that than egglayer. If you can I would also get some vitamins into him now. You can get Poly-Vi- Sol at the grocery store or pharmacy if you can't get to the feed store now. It is made for children and works well.
