Cochin thread!

The large fowl or standard Cochins can get pretty good sized—up to 8 lbs for hens. The bantams are pretty little though, a couple pounds or so :)
Tiny! My red bantam Cochin hen Holly is smaller than the rooster, and her sister, Hylia. I don’t know why, but she is just tiny overall.
 
Aww! What color? They can be sassy, I believe that! 😂
I wish this picture had a scale reference, but she’s my teeny tiny solid black Cochin. The other three are either blue or a messy black/gray color. :)

They are very CUTE!
They are cuddly!
And just look at those feathered legs!




I have one bantam Cochin named Bella. I bought her like...2 days ago🤣 But I fell in love with the breed even before I owned one!
