Cochin Thread!!!

Uggghhh!!! While we were gone our neighbors dog got out and attacked my show bantam!!! She is all messed up and limping. She was just getting over her broody molt, too! I have a show to attend in October and I'm worried she won't be ready by then!
First I would just thank God she is alive. Most chickens don't live through a dog raid/attach. I'd give her a little recovery time, maybe a week or so, then assuming she is still alive and well, you could pull any broken feathers you find. If there are a lot, I'd suggest doing this in stages if the damage is extensive, it takes a lot of calories and energy to regrow feathers and you don't want to stress her anymore than she already has been. Good luck.
Oh you might want to check your fences/runs or wherever she was housed to see if there is damage done to your fencing.

She was out of the coop with her 3 month old chicks.

Here she is.
This what she looked like before. This is not her but it is an exact replica.

Can y'all please critique my black/blue Cochin bantam cockerel. I have a SQ hen and was wanting to breed them. He is from a hatchery. He was supposed to be blue but I know that they have all the blues and blacks in the same thing.
