I went under the bantam tab and ordered the cochin assortment! I know I love the little blue! Although he doesn't have a lot of foot feathering. Lol!

I trimmed both their fluffs last weekend. Will collect and set eggs from this week and see what happens

I set 5 eggs on Friday, candled just now, they are fertile! I am so excited! My first fertile eggs and he was 15-16 weeks old

hello I have some younger LF cochins ranging from 4 1/2months to 8 1/2- 9 months how long will it take these birds to fill out I will post pics of them soon they can be seen in my (My Birds) folder but I'll get more individualized ones

Any chance this little partridge chick could be a pullet? It will be 4 weeks on Saturday and feathering VERY slowly. Would really like to keep it as i dont have a partridge in my flock, but i dont need anymore roos.

If it's feathering very slowly, that is a good indication that it is a cockerel.
