Is this a roo ... first time with cochins... 11 weeks old... can send more pics at request

Hard to tell, I'm leaning towards roo though. Is it a large fowl or bantam?

only had 1 black feather on wind n 2 on tail

Did the black spots just start coming in? If so she could be a splash. Otherwise, you could wait till she feathers out she may loose the black when she does.

Yes they just started coming out she was solid white when she hathed

Looks like lice nits, its hard to see in the pic. Guess its time to treat for parasites!
