Thanks though. I don't have to worry about it anymore my dog attacked all of them and killed a sultan and injured the bottom one and the OEGB roo is missing and so is the top picture. It's also raining, too. He never bothered them one bit.

They might. Depends on whether the follicles(?) were damaged. I had a hen get her head mauled by the other hens (see pic). Her feathers are growing back in and I was sure they wouldn't.

Oh my goodness. So sorry for everyone that is having issues with birds being injured.

I was on the move this morning at 5 to go see the poultry show in Sedalia MO. Learned SO MUCH from the super Cochin people there-even a lesson in AI! I really recommend checking out any poultry shows in your area if you have the chance, I found it to be quite the experience and education. Also a plus to be able to meet other BYC'ers in person.
