I love it when they scoop eggs under them...has she started plucking feathers from under herself yet?you will see feathers in the nest box. Where are you gonna move her? She will need to be somewhere away from the other hens or they will literally get on top of her and lay their eggs so she will incubate theirs too. This can break eggs at various stages of development.
You marked those eggs I hope? So you can tell the difference in those eggs versus new laid ones? Also babies will fall out of that nest box....I wood let her brood her eggs and early chicks in a tote or something's can cover with wire or anything handy...I have used a tote when I didn't want to remove a hen from a flock. Need to be covered with something open for air flow but sturdy if chickens try to get on it.( they get on everything.)
