Ross is adorable! And huge! Love the big old Cochin males. Hope to have a few blue males hatch in the spring. My current roo has a knee injury and I can't put him down. He gets around well but he can't roost. He flies in and out of his coop.
yeah i had a hen who got her leg stuck in a half brick. my mom had to bust the brick with a hammer to free her. she survived. and one of my hens literally nearly had her brains pecked out. but some neosporin and separation from the rest left her with nothing but a little battle scar.
