I looked them up but he's solid white and all the pictures I saw of them they are a bluish grey color.....?

He's very handsome! Thanks now I know what to expect from "Harley" I really think he looks like he's wearing onesie Pajamas right now lol. Am I right that about 1/2 of his offspring with a black or blue hen would be barred?

I'm not 100% sure on that, I don't know a lot about breeding barred, someone else here might know.

I had a cochin a few years ago, She went broody for a month every other month, We are wanting to get more, Have any of you guys eaten LF Cochin?

I've never eaten LF Cochins, but I would assume they'd have a lot of meat.

Then he's probably just a white d'uccle. He's quite pretty

My only Cochin, Penguin, 4 months old, still unsure about sex and size, I thought bantam but now I don't think so.
Sure is cute though!

Looks like a LF, but hard to tell by the photos. For sure a hen though. Love the name!

Thanks I like him pretty well. Poor thing keeps getting pieces of his comb bit off by the bigger chickens though.

I hope you're right because i was told may be a Roo, 4 months old now and no crowing, doesn't act like my other roosters either, flighty and not very vocal. Was waiting inevitably for a crow or an egg lol

I agree it looks like a hen.

My 5 month old LF rooster hasn't crowed yet.. He has tried to breed the other Cochin but was unsuccessful

Lol guess he's gotta show off a bit more first
