I would not use Partridge - you would be breeding in Pg (Pattern Gene). I believe he's referring to the color variety "Brown Red", which is a Standardized Plumage in Bantam Cochins. Lemon Blue is also a Standardized Plumage in Bantam Cochins, just much less available.

Thank you for your help!! I'm new to all the "project" birds, everyone has so many beautiful birds on here, I have always just had standard colors but I'm ready to start some projects of my own!
