thanks! i understand what you mean now! i was thinking more of a white or cream lacing around the outside of the feathers! i will have to check Diva to see if she has that lacing. do you know if that is a requirement for blue birchen too?

There's another discussion going on in another thread: How do you pronounce "Cochin"???

1) Coe-shin
2) Coe-chin
3) Coach-in
4) Kokin (??)

I have to say, for years I've been saying it like #1, with an "sh", which I believe is the Chinese pronouncian. But lately, I've been trying to correct myself and go with either #2 or #3, with a "ch", but only because those I'm talking with say it that way.

What's the general concensus?

(I'm just glad I don't have D'uccles any more!!)
