His full brother, that looks like his twin, is on my website. Go to the breeds page then under bantam Cochins and then under the Mille Fleur page. You will scroll down until you see Schmoozle and there are photos of him and their sister, Speckles. They are half Mottled and half MFC project birds. Most people love them for their unique look but type is the real clincher. Most people can't use them for breeding unless they are working on projects or just want some cute Cochin pets.

Here is a photo of Schmoozle, found it in my archives.....

Pages and pages of what sex is this chick that should have been be posted in What Breed or Gender is this. It is getting hard to find information on this thread because of the volume of pages that should be posted somewhere else. I want everyone to ask their questions and get answers. Please use proper forums. Thank you.

While I understand exactly what you are saying, I very respectfully disagree. I think the Cochin Thread is the perfect forum for asking about sexing Cochin chicks. We are all here to learn, teach, and pay forward our knowledge and experience. IMHO, being able to sex your Cochin chicks is an integral part of your overall Cochin flock management. I think people will get the most accurate answers about Cochin chicks directly from those that raise, breed and show Cochins.

IMHO, Gail

I kindly and respectfully disagree. All of that is very helpful and informative and part of learning about this specific breed.

I respect your opinion. I also stated mine. I agree that this forum is here for information and learning about this specific breed.
