No, not laced. He must be birchen or a mixture. Either way I need to find him a new home as he doesnt suit my flock.

I am so sorry for the losses....my banty coop is semi near the house, where an old shed used to be, so luckily I have power out there. During the day they have a box fan and gallon jugs, that I put in the freezer, scattered in the coop. My big chickens I have resorted to turning loose every morning, so they can find wherever they can that's cool-er.
