Oh, it has feathers, just can't see them the way she is positioned, but nothing like the one has..but they are there. Not a clean leg at all. Just not as feathered for sure.

Ohhh Joanie, I'm SO sorry, that's awful. This winter (if you can call it that) has been horrible and very hard on the birds. It seems I'm constantly fighting something. He was a beautiful guy. I hope you have a nice son of his.

Sad to say, "Tarzan", my red bantam roo passed away last night.

RIP Tarzan, you were a good boy :(

So sorry, Joan. Tarzan was beautiful. Would you mind if I added his pic to the Variety album on The Cochins Intl. website? It looks like he place BV at the show - what show was it, and was he a cockerel or cock?

Here is Angel Wings, when she first started feathering out her wings looked like white angel wings, so the name stuck. I call her Angel for short. I bought her as a Giant white cochin, she is already bigger then the barred rock hens that are 2 months older, and bigger then the buff Orp Pullet of the same age! Comments or Positive and negatives about her welcome! I would like to breed her to my Mille Fleur D'Uccle Roo! and start my own project but until the D'Uccle gets bigger and more manly she is in with a handsome EE Roo, and they are getting along awesome!
