I love my rooster! Although he can be a little aggressive with the ladies sometimes, and is mean to the rest of my family....

Haha he's molting right now so he's not his best. lol I'll get a pic while they are free ranging the yard so there's a nice grass and tree background.

Hello Sarah,

Great idea for a thread! I like roosters at times.
As much as I love to hold hens... Something is fun about holding roosters.

I have had straight out n-a-s-t-y roosters. Even learned how to tell if they are nice or not.Their eyes will be dark and large if mean, bright orange and black if nice.

But they protect the flock, keep guard and give the eggs fertility.

So in many other words... I like roosters at time and at times I don't.

I love my roosters except when they try to attack me! I only have a few that do that though. I have:
2 Silver Sebright Bantam roosters:
#1

#2 He has a crooked beak, but I love him the same!

Then I have three porcelain d'uccle roosters:

Next is a White Frizzle Cochin Bantam:

Then I have a Self Blue Modern Game Bantam:

Then I have a Mille Fleur D'uccle Bantam:

And last of all, I have a big rooster, that I don't really know the breed, but probably is mixed:
