Those are better pics and now I take back what I said about the Wyandotte (pea) comb, but I still stand beside me thinking EE. I am also thinking pullet now, because the legs are so thin. Pullets most generally have the thinner legs while the cockerels legs are thicker. She sure is a cute little chook, whatever breed she is!
That looks like a pullet comb. All 5 of my laying girls had spur bumps. Turns out all (or most) chickens do. You can't sex them that way. Cockerels don't develop spurs for months.
