Cockeral? Pullet? Breed? (better pics added, post #16)

The lady we got him from did have him inside the barn with many other chicks and a HUGE rooster that was picking on everyone.

We've kept him in thus far because he's a bit thin (I think because of that big roo).

Yes, his legs are white.

Her looks like old engish game the color is pyle. Maybe a cross.
I like her I wish she was mine. De

It looks like a bantam breed like japenese maybe? It looks like a pullet to me.

I'll put up better pictures of Tator this evening when I get home. I've taken the pictures already, I just have to upload them to the computer.

Maybe that'll help some, too.

Those are better pics and now I take back what I said about the Wyandotte (pea) comb, but I still stand beside me thinking EE. I am also thinking pullet now, because the legs are so thin. Pullets most generally have the thinner legs while the cockerels legs are thicker. She sure is a cute little chook, whatever breed she is!

Seems everyone is still on the ups about what Tator could be.. But is everyone sure it's a pullet?

P I honestly have no idea on him.. I thought for sure a cockerel cause of the little spur bumps..

That looks like a pullet comb. All 5 of my laying girls had spur bumps. Turns out all (or most) chickens do. You can't sex them that way. Cockerels don't develop spurs for months.

Thank you Jossanne, that is a BIG help!
