Cockerel cowing a lot

Why is my cockerel crowing a lot? I read roosters crow around 15 times a day but my cockerel seems to crow double that or even more. Is this normal behavior when they're young? Is it a sign for something going wrong?

He used to crow in the morning, mid day, and sunsets. Now he's been crowing constantly with 5-30 or so min breaks for the past week I believe. He's 3 months old.

My rooster crowed a lot when he first learned it, now he has either started crowing less, OR I got used to it

Sometimes my roo crows just because he can. That's all I can figure.

Do you have other males and/or any older chickens?

Just like some dogs bark a lot, roosters are all individuals. He’ll probably calm down a little once he matures, right now he’s announcing to the world that “Hey! I’m a big big scary cock and I will cut you.” Most roosters crow all day long - it’s how they let all the roosters hiding in the woods (lol) know that this is his territory. There is no magic number for how many times a day a rooster is supposed to crow - I would imagine it’s way more than 15 times a day

He's been crowing since around 6weeks old, but he's been going at it more now. I've noticed that there is a crow perhaps a few blocks away, but we rarely hear it crow.
No other males, just the one.

I noticed a couple of days later that it was because I wasnt fulfilling his needs. I usually spend time with him in the mornings and afternoons, but since I was busy for a while he started crowing a lot. Also noticed that he wanted me to feed them their starter with water/mushy food again.
This guy just wanted attention basically XD. I am sorry little guy. A pic for you all.

Urgh this morning I got woken by excessive crowing. I'd just stuck my new cockerel out into the yard and as I was lying in bed trying to work out if it was him making all that racket I wasn't entirely sure yet. Anyway when I went to check on things it wasn't him. He was well behaved, not making any noise, it was my noisy one which has been stuck on his own light cycle in the shed ( to stop him waking me before 5am) but he'd managed to escape and was crowing in protest I suppose but it was nonstop. My new keeper probably doesn't even crow 15 times a day but the noisy one can easily get 15 crows in per minute, only taking a 5 minute break an hour.
I really wanted to keep the noisy one for breeding purposes but omg is he noisy, not sure I want those genetics passed on.

The difference between my new yard one and the noisy one is unreal. They are the same size but the noisy one is 10 times louder too.
