So I have four 6 week old chicks. I’m 99% sure I sexed them right I’m just double checking.

I agree with your guesses.
 
Absolutely move them outdoors, at 6 weeks they are feathered in enough to stay warm. Not sure where you are located, but if the nights get cold be sure they have an area out of the wind and they will be just fine, we tend to get ours outdoors by the end of week 3 or 4 depending on the time of the year.
