Cockerel or surprise pullet?

Hey all. I think I know the obvious answer to my question but what do we think with these two? They’re 12 week old Jersey Giants. I know for sure I have 2 other cockerels in the group because they’re crowing and their combs and waddles are much larger than these two. These two haven’t crowed yet but I just want confirmation before I rehome or cull them. Thank you!

I'd lean towards male. Dirty trick it pulled though . I have a pheonix male that did the same thing.
