Cockerel that doesn't crow?! *pictures*

I have (I think) a White plymouth rock roo but it hasn't crowed yet (it's about 5 months old) so now I think it's a hen.
Could ya'll help me out? I am super confused about this one. Any guesses as to the breed as well as the sex?

I don't rightly know myself from looking but I've had roosters take AGES to crow and then one day I couldn't get them to shut up if I taped them inside a box inside a bag inside a car inside a petrol station.... because everyone there wondered why the eff my car was crowing.

The reason your White Plymouth Rock Cockerel isn't crowing is because it's a Pullet..

Not sure it's a rock, either, looks like it has a lot of yellow/brown in the feathers?
