I know everyone is saying it's too early to tell but I really think differently! Just in a week his comb is already getting pink and like twice the size of everyone else's comb, plus he STILL has no tail feathers and much shorter wings than the hatchmate
In that last pic the comb does look red. I don't think the feather development is an indication of sex but if the comb is growing and getting red already, it is likely a boy. Some cockerels do show up very early if you look closely.
