Cockerel?

Ok so I had posted a thread not long ago on a chick I had received which I had thought was a pullet. Well, a lot of the replies said there was a good chance that she was in fact a he. S(he), is an Easter egger making this a whole new level of hard to tell since feathers have no standards. I got the chick from a different source than usual. Is it a he or she?

Either way I plan on keeping, hen or roo(I’ve been itching to replace my barred rock who has been getting on my nerves lately) plus s(he) is gorgeous and there is no denying that.

How old is it?

Can you get a clear, standing picture from the side? One that has good focus on the saddle area?

How old? the red indicates cockerel but the comb is small. Could just be age.

8 weeks is probably too early for sex-specific saddles and hackles.

Wyandottes can be very confusing, but you'll know by 12 weeks.

Red shoulder patches make me think cockerel. It’s very hard to see the legs but in the few pictures we can see the feet and legs they look large and thick making me think cockerel as well.
