Coconut oil for sour crop??

It's possble that the crop is doughy.
I'd check it first thing like you did the other one.

When is the last time you wormed your flock?

Crop problems may be a combination of the "categories" detailed in the article below. For instance, a slow/doughy and/or impacted crop can turn sour. I always use coconut oil when treating a crop, but you may need to step up your treatment to include for doughy/impacted, etc.
Do keep in mind that crop issues are often a symptom of an underlying condition.

Funny things is I just wormed them 3 days before this happened gave them safeguard for 6 days

How was it administered? Dose?
My other chicken the first one that I talked about her crop now feels kinda like sour crop squishy and with water no more lumps in it should it treat it for sour crop now with miconazole?

I'd start treating for Sour Crop.
This is how her poop looks like. The one who had her crop hard is starting to get better more energy from her and crop is getting smaller

Any idea what I can feed them? Their crops are significantly smaller than whaat they where a few days ago
Feed them their normal feed.
Cut out scratch/grains, anything that's a bit harder to process. If you feel they need a treat, opt for scrambled egg or something juicy like tomato or melon.
