Good morning! We’re painting the living room today. I had to remember to not wear my go to meetin’ jeans. I should get one of those paper suit things. Thanks for the coffee, I’ll try to keep my mug out of the splatter zone.

I'm doing alright, doctor said we can start strengthening my shoulder .

My brothers service was really nice and it was great seeing family I haven't seen in awhile.
