Hey, so am I ( 5 foot ) and I also feel like I'm shrinking, I used to have no problem getting stuff out of the washer. I actually hurt my ribs getting the little things out .

You sound like me, I'm 5 foot 2 inches and feel like I'm getting shorter.

Ya I hear ya I was shorter than my Mother most my Life ..
Her like Grandma got shorter than me before they passed.

Better half elevated the dryer just enough no bending my arch enemy ..

Son kids me about the washer and falling in

At my last wellness visit I was 5' 6.5" - at one time I was 5' 7"+ - I like to think of it as compacting rather than shrinking.

Ya old man is shrinking not as fast but he started taller than the Son now shorter than by maybe 1 inch.
Kid is still 6ft
